ProKNX-IP-1 gateway

Why using just this gateway to communicate with KNX / EIB?

iPhone, iPad and Philips Pronto are wireless control systems. They are not always "online" to listen, what is happening on the bus.

One possibility to know immediately about the actual states on the bus is to use a server for your house.  However this device consumes energy (as it runs 24h/24h), it is susceptible and it's life time is a lot shorter than your home.

Native Application On Apple Store

You may download at apple store the native iPhone application "Mando Uno". It is free of charge and the configuration may be done in two different ways:

1. After your order of a ProKNX-IPi or ProKNX-IP+ gateway you will get access to our web configuration area. You will get a text file that you may edit off line and fill in all communication parameters. Once you've done this, you upload this file to our server, and (all of) your apple devices may connect with a 4 digit code to our server and will be configured accordingly within seconds!

2. You are using already a Philips Pronto with our ProKNX modular software. In this case you only have to upload the Pronto configuration file (xcf), and you will get immediately the four digit code to configure all of your apple devices.

Philips Pronto TSU9400, TSU9600 or TSU9800 are wireless remote controller that are well known in the world of media control. With the ProKNX gateways they may also communicate through IP with the KNX/EIB bus. 

We provide free pronto scripts to control all of your lights, scenes, shutters, room temperature controller and weather station. Our standard scripts allow simple parameter adjustments, no javascript programming skills are necessary.

If you have special request for two or three dimensional visualisation of your home we may offer this additional service.
