Troubleshooting: realKNX Air doesn’t allow access to port 3000, ARAGON flashes green

Since November 11th, 2021, the internet service used to query the public IP address is no longer supported. Unfortunately we missed that….Despite “try … catch” the system hangs if there is an internet connection. REMEDY for current versions (4.6.xx or higher): Fortunately, the problem can be solved here quite easily. Please disconnect Internet Now restart the realKNX (power cycle the server or ARAGON Base respectively) After the device has started up, port 3000 can be reached again. Now connect internet again Check under “About” whether the version is 4.6.xx. If version 4.5 or older is installed, then continue on “OLDER […]
